Refund policy

Studio XV accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags attached.

To request a return, contact us through our store’s contact page with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
