Shipping destinations

Studio XV currently ships within the United States only.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

On rare occasions, temporary closures or travel may extend our processing time. When a longer processing window is planned, we will post a notice on our website before you place your order, including the expected dispatch timeframe. If an unexpected delay affects an existing order, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout with an updated estimate.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the selected shipping service and destination. Any carrier transit estimate is separate from our processing time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after receiving your package.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible at curatedbykellie@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at curatedbykellie@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. We will help investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Please retain packaging and photographs of any damage.
